Depression is a common mental disorder that affects millions of people around the world. It is a condition can affect the way people feel, think and behave, and can have a significant impact on their quality of life. The study aims to design informative graphic material to raise awareness and support mothers suffering from depression, promoting greater understanding in their support networks. The methodology used includes the creation of a graphic identity, an interactive website, an information booklet, and an advertising campaign, aimed at postpartum mothers and their environment. A sample of 50 breastfeeding mothers was worked with, and evaluated through interviews and questionnaires to measure the impact of the graphic materials. The collaboration of two mental health professionals allowed the content to be validated. The results suggest that these resources were effective in transmitting key information and promoting emotional and practical support from the mothers' networks. Likewise, a greater feeling of support and understanding was observed on the part of the mothers after interacting with the website and the information booklet. The project highlights the importance of graphic design in raising awareness about mental health and postpartum depression, underlining the need to incorporate clear and accessible visual strategies in the communication of these issues. In conclusion, the graphic materials developed contributed to improving the emotional well-being of mothers, facilitating the search for support and promoting the healthy development of the mother-child bond.
